Client satisfaction is of paramount importance to us. However, due to the nature of digital services, our refund policy is structured as follows:

1. General Policy

All services provided by DiGi Agency are digital and intangible in nature. Therefore, we do not offer refunds once a project or service has been initiated, delivered, or completed. By purchasing any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If a client is charged twice for the same service, the duplicate payment will be refunded.
  • Non-Delivery of Service: If a service is not delivered as per the agreed-upon scope and timelines, and no substantial progress has been made, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.
  • Project Cancellation (Before Commencement): If a project is canceled by the client before any work has begun, a refund may be processed after deducting any applicable administrative or consultation fees.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after the project has started.
  • Delays caused by lack of communication or delayed response from the client’s side.
  • Services that involve third-party tools or platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads) where costs have already been incurred.
  • Customized solutions (e.g., chatbots, website development, automation tools) once the development phase has commenced.
  • SEO, marketing, and promotional campaigns that are already executed or partially delivered.

4. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, the client must submit a written request via email to [email protected] within 7 days of the service issue. The request must include:

  • Full name and contact information
  • Service purchased
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Any supporting documentation

Our support team will acknowledge receipt and evaluate the request within 5-7 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days through the original method of payment.
